As a Customer Success Agent, you will drive new business opportunities and expand our customer base through proactive prospecting and strategic sales initiatives. You will focus on establishing new business through educating and enrolling prospective customers, following up on leads, and providing a best-in-show customer experience. You'll maintain a successful conversion rate, analyze customer motivation, and act as a brand ambassador.

Help expand Crowd Cow's 3rd party logistics business as a Sales Executive. You will sell the full-stack DTC fulfillment capabilities to consumer brands seeking best-in-class fulfillment, delivery and logistics solutions. Grow our 3PL revenue exponentially by selling Crowd Cow’s cold-chain frozen fulfillment solutions to DTC companies.
