• Architect and evolve scalable, high-performing front-end systems in Angular 15+ that power the ClickUp platform.
• Define standards, patterns, and best practices for reusable components, state management, and system performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding engineers on best practices, architectural trade-offs, and new front-end technologies.

• Design and build intuitive, user-facing features.
• Leverage modern JavaScript frameworks and CSS design systems.

Develop modular, scalable components and pages from Figma designs using Angular v18, TypeScript, RxJS, and Material Design. Implement reactive architectures (e.g., Signals), and effectively manage observable streams to prevent memory leaks. Contribute to shared design systems, participate in PR reviews, and collaborate across functions.

Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes. Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users. Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite.

• Develop responsive and user-friendly UI using Angular 8+.

• Work with customers to understand their web applications and integrate ForMotiv's behavioral collection component.
• Develop web technologies and applications to help customers leverage behavioral AI technologies and data.
• Provide feature development and bug resolution for the JavaScript library and related technologies.

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications and backend systems. Write clean and efficient code, participating in code reviews. Work with modern front-end frameworks, cloud platforms, and DevOps processes.
