In this role, you’ll lead a team of talented engineers working on our Network as a Service platform. You’ll be responsible for guiding both the development of new features and products, as well as maintaining and improving existing systems. You’re detail-oriented, care deeply about product and excel at coaching developers to think like product owners, ensuring their work aligns with user and business needs.
Shape Reddit’s ads auctions to ensure a great user experience with relevant ads, help the business grow, and establish foundational economic principles. As the Engineering Manager of the Ads Marketplace Quality team, you will work closely with Product owners, Data Scientists, and other Engineering stakeholders from our Ads team to set up the vision and product strategy of ads quality and relevance, and optimize ads delivery and auction systems.
