We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead and grow Digible’s technical organization. You will be responsible for all of Engineering — both today’s team and the future teams and leaders we’ll need as we scale. This role is central to shaping the structure, practices, and culture of Engineering at Digible, ensuring strong execution in the present while building for long-term growth and impact.

As the first Engineering Manager at Whippy, you'll spend time coding and building new products, working with the CTO to manage and scale the engineering team, conducting 1-1s, managing the hiring pipeline, conducting technical interviews, code reviews and releasing new features.
