We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our LC Phone Team, which powers the core communication platform handling SMS, MMS, Voice Calls, Whatsapp and RCS messaging across our product ecosystem. The system handles 100M+ events on a daily basis, spanning across 15+ different services. As a Staff Engineer, you’ll lead the technical direction of the platform, solve complex distributed system problems, and mentor 10+ engineers.

We are seeking a Front End Engineer to join our team to contribute to the customization of agent call functionality over the desktop by developing the front-end using React and integrating it with their own CRM through REST API, with a focus on recording data after each call in the CRM.

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Voice team, you will collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and designers to execute Ada’s roadmap, delivering a top-tier voice experience for customers, focusing on seamless Ada deployment across customer communication channels. The team is focused on making it as easy as possible for Ada to be deployed in all the channels where our customers and their end users are having conversations.

As a Mid-Level Software Engineer, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining key features of our product, working across the full stack using JavaScript, Node.js, React, CSS, and MongoDB. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build scalable and performant solutions, while mentoring junior team members and driving best practices in both front-end and back-end development.

You'll be a key contributor in architecting AI-driven features and shipping end-to-end solutions that drive real impact. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, AI/ML, and design teams. You should be comfortable making architectural decisions, mentoring others, and jumping into the frontend when needed.
