As an Engineer II at Very Good Ventures, you will play a key role in the success of the development of our multiple client projects. You will work with your Engineering teammates on client projects to provide software solutions and automated tests for complex and exciting problems, from automotive to fintech.

As a Software Engineer, build and collaborate with designers to create world-class solutions for customer-facing AI Agents. Improve our core services, implement clean communication between various internal and external systems, explore Conversational UIs, and help level up our growing team. Work directly with customers to architect, deploy, and improve cutting-edge AI Agents using Replicant’s platform.

Hands-on, pragmatic founding engineer role to help define and implement the product roadmap. Work closely with the founding team to shape the product, architecture, and early engineering culture, turning complex workflows into simple, usable interfaces and building functional products fast while staying connected to real users; comfortable with ambiguity and driven by solving real customer problems.
