The Strategy Manager will develop Lantern's strategic vision identifying new verticals, assessing buy / build / partner strategies, and leading integrations. In this role, you'll work closely with our CEO, SVP of Strategy, CFO, and functional leaders across the organization.

Take the lead on identifying, evaluating and executing on opportunities to drive growth and/or operational excellence. Evaluate M&A opportunities, investigate strategic opportunities, design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analyses, and presenting findings to leadership. End to end ownership for high priority cross functional strategic projects, from ideation through to implementation and tracking. Drive the entire M&A process including inorganic strategies, market scans, target valuation, due diligence, and deal negotiations.
Strengthen the connective workflows, enablement routines, and execution rhythms behind partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic planning efforts. Lead the operational backbone of M&A and Business Development functions, while also supporting the companyβs strategic planning cycles and leading post-acquisition integration execution and capability development.
