As a Climate Analyst in Brazil, you’ll work at the intersection of climate science and data analytics—supporting enterprise customers in their journey to net zero by ensuring their emissions data is accurate, actionable, and optimized for strategic decisions. You’ll help model complex operations, quantify emissions across Scope 1, 2, and 3, and unlock opportunities for real-world decarbonization.
This position is needed to perform tactical carrier operations to ensure that Twilio provides the highest quality of service for worldwide SMS traffic. You will manage Twilio’s vast network of carrier connections, and optimize for reliability, redundancy, capacity and uptime and provide L2 support to first line teams for troubleshooting and resolving issues within the carrier network. The right candidate will be passionate about serving customers, have deep SMS knowledge, understand the LATAM messaging ecosystem and enjoy solving problems.
Lead client onboarding for Sardine’s fraud and compliance products by managing end-to-end integrations, translating technical requirements into solutions, and ensuring a smooth, successful deployment.
