Lead the Field Relocation Project Managers through development and delivery of large integrated customer solutions by redefining broad concepts into structured programs. Lead the Project Managers during the design of multi-national/multi-partner projects, delivering solutions for sophisticated, high impact issues, and building effective client relationships. Act as a mentor and build employee relationships.

Manage project(s) involved in the design, modification, and analysis of new and existing nuclear power plant modifications. Responsible for project execution, coordination of resources, and project performance including safety, schedule, and budget. Lead efforts to ensure projects are completed safely, satisfactorily, on time, and within budget.

This critical leadership role assists in building and scaling a nationwide high-altitude operations organization with the Senior Director, ensuring efficient data collection across the country while rapidly growing the team to support operational goals, streamlining processes, and driving operational excellence.
