We are looking for a UX Designer with strong systems thinking skills who can establish and maintain a scalable design system. The ideal candidate should have experience working on complex systems and in novel problem spaces. This designer should be comfortable exploring AI tools to increase efficiency and support innovative design workflows.

Partner with the Product Design Lead to define design standards, refine systems, and deliver experiences that will be used and loved by millions.

You will play a key role making open source software available to the world. Our Design function ensures the experience of the software and infrastructure we build is true to our intentions, and delivers the tools our community and customers need. The Design System UX designer makes that possible by defining, evolving and advocating for a consistent use of design system that scales across our products.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, thinks in systems, and has a deep curiosity for how humans interact with AI. You’ll be responsible for defining the next generation of human-AI experiences — from the conversational interfaces that make our Superhumans feel alive, to the dashboards that give customers insight and control, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and GenAI teams.
