As a small, agile team, we’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who can independently lead design initiatives from exploration through implementation. Design is one of NovoEd's key differentiators. You’ll partner with a cross-functional team that values craft, collaboration, and outcomes. This role is part of our Product Design team that uses their superpower of empathizing, understanding, and applying our users’ and customers’ needs, with the mission to created product experiences they love. The role will directly manage, mentor and develop designers on the team, drive the UX vision and execution of a platform that produces a product line to revolutionize workplace productivity and analytics solutions.
