As a Experience Strategy/UX Lead, you will define and implement UX research, testing and design strategies. The ideal candidate blends a strategic mindset with practical day-to-day team guidance. Responsibilities include being a storyteller, understanding goals, and creating narratives that excite and inspire clients and the internal team. You will help define and conduct research, create workshops, drive strategic vision, and translate user insights into design concepts.
