We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of work experience in the SaaS arena, always focused on the needs of the end user. As part of cross-functional teams that own and manage different products, you will work with product managers, engineers and other designers relying heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to tackle complex workflows, involving a wide array of users and various touchpoints. You will tap into your design acumen to find innovative ways to help our clients streamline their work, unlock their creative capabilities and meet/exceed user expectations. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to drive the visual and interaction identity for our clients, as well as design and launch a wide range of product experiences from concept to implementation.

As a Lead Product Designer, you will help shape exceptional user-centric mobile and web applications across multiple platforms, contributing both design execution and system-level thinking. Working closely with our product team, you will work to understand business requirements and apply your knowledge of design principles to propose UI/UX design solutions.

Shape the product strategy and user experience of Rillet. Work closely with the CTO, product and engineering to build industry defining accounting & finance software. Drive the full design process from user research, product flows, and wire-framing to UI design. Enhance the design system for Rillet. Understand the array of user goals, business requirements and technical constraints that shape our product.
