The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation and multimedia content to support the adoption and enablement of our product. Develop clear, concise, and engaging documentation (user guides, FAQs, training materials). Design visually compelling infographics, and one-pagers. Create effective video content, including screen recordings, tutorials, and promotional materials.

This candidate will join the Conversational Cloud Core Product team and play a pivotal role in shaping how our customers understand and utilize our platform. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive documentation that educates and guides users through the implementation, customization, and optimization of our solutions.

You will create clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation for software products, aimed at developers and technical users, including API references, user guides, integration manuals, release notes, and troubleshooting documentation for merchants, partners, and developers.
