Define content strategy for multiple applications, specifying the information architecture, textual content, and multimedia assets required to help customers quickly and easily achieve their goals. Drive the execution of the content strategy for multiple applications by directly contributing high-quality, user-focused technical content and coordinating the efforts of subject matter experts. Use your strong understanding of the ServiceNow product ecosystem to influence product strategy and create content experiences that accelerate customer success.

As Lead Technical Writer, you’ll be the voice of clarity in a complex, highly technical product space. You’ll own the end-to-end content strategy for n8n’s documentation and learning resources — from technical deep dives to onboarding flows and integration how-tos.

Create, update, and peer-review technical user guides, reference guides, programming guides, and all product documentation for our cutting-edge data security software. Provide editorial support for product descriptions, release notes, corporate security policies, performance reports, security reports, and white papers on various use cases of Protegrity products and data security technology solutions.
