As a Solutions Engineer, serve as an expert on Finite Stateβs product, market, technology, and customers in order to drive the business forward. Closely collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to plan, prepare, and execute deals, grow accounts, and renew customers. Proactively manage Proof of Value projects and document and manage prospect expectations, also tracking and managing customer account health from acquisition to renewal.
Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across target verticals including medical devices, automotive, energy, and critical infrastructure, creatively leveraging events, email, phone and social media to generate leads. Manage complex sales cycles from initial discovery through pricing, security reviews, and contract execution. The role will not require travel initially, but will be expected to travel as necessary for prospect/customer visits and industry events.
