About the Role:
- Support payor and clinical contracting efforts as a trusted partner to business teams.
- Navigate regulatory challenges like corporate practice of medicine, fraud and abuse, and telehealth.
- Build foundational legal processes to enable accessible mental healthcare.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience with at least 5 in healthcare regulatory law.
- Strong contracting skills including provider and payor agreements.
- Excellent writing, analytic, and communication skills.
