Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer support via email, phone and chat for Portuguese and English speaking customers all over the world.
- Be creative, friendly, and solution-oriented with customers and colleagues, constantly reviewing processes and suggesting improvements.
- Accountable for your own development, performance and efficiency, understanding company values and promoting them.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal & written English and Portuguese skills; flexible to work 5x2 with scheduling changes based on customer needs.
- Methodical, solution-oriented, and able to multitask with autonomy to meet performance metrics and deliver great customer experience.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in banking or finance, but we're open to the right person; genuine, hardworking, and love helping others.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation up to BRL 6680 monthly for night shifts with a 20% salary increase, plus RSUs, annual self-development budget, and health/dental allowance.
