About the Role:
- As a Partner Operations Manager, you will operationalize and scale Steer’s growing partner ecosystem across the automotive aftermarket.
- You will own the operational execution of channel programs, integrations, and DaaS initiatives, ensuring alignment for long-term success.
- This role is 100% remote and available to US-based candidates.
You Will:
- Scale Partner Program Operations by owning end-to-end reporting, coordinating announcements, and streamlining billing.
- Drive Directory-as-a-Service execution by managing shop eligibility data and partner locator onboarding.
- Coordinate Integration Ecosystems by managing partner communications, aligning Product and Engineering, and maintaining documentation.
