Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for product partner relationships.
- Establish and maintain structured partner operating rhythms, including regular business reviews and action tracking.
- Coordinate customer escalations involving partner solutions and align internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in partner management, product operations, or related field.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market execution and partner-driven revenue opportunities.
- Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
