About the Role:
- Support and execute partner-led growth strategy as a fully remote Account Manager reporting to a UK-based leader.
- Own revenue growth, retention, and pipeline management within a collaborative team.
- Occasionally travel for industry conferences and team gatherings.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with assigned Channel Partners, serving as primary commercial contact.
- Drive revenue through renewals, expansions, and partner-led new business.
- Retain end-customer experience when they engage directly for onboarding, issue resolution, or commercial support.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience and location.
- 401k match of 200% of contributions up to the first 5% of salary (total potential 10%).
