About the Role:
- Spellbook is looking for a Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of the buying journey.
- This fully remote role is open to candidates in the US or Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Own demos, trials, and technical evaluations for enterprise prospects.
- Troubleshoot issues, complete RFPs, and create technical content.
- Become a product expert and understand the competitor landscape.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in solutions engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and experience configuring integrations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to lawyers and IT teams.
