What You'll Do:
- Build a new PE channel with the CEO and AEA, shaping target profiles, pricing, and program design.
- Generate pipeline via sponsor relationships, outbound, events, and AI tooling, then partner with sales to close.
What Success Looks Like:
- Hit monthly pipeline goals and build repeatable outbound and referral motions.
- Turn sourced deals into reference stories and write the playbook for scaling.
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years in BD, partnerships, or sales with a hunter's instinct and PE relationships.
- Marketing fluency, executive presence, and proficiency with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and AI tools.
