How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Build, lead, and develop a world-class team of Business Development Managers.
- Develop and execute winning sales strategies and plans for yourself and your team.
- Close deals, generate new business, and consistently exceed sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5–7+ years leading high-performing Business Development teams.
- Proven success in consultative selling, negotiation, and exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in the software industry.
Pay and Benefits:
- Estimated salary range USD $220,000–$260,000 OTE plus pre-IPO equity.
