About the Role:

  • Serve as the front line for clients navigating the Snappy dashboard.
  • Provide technical support, campaign assistance, and account guidance.
  • Partner with Product, R&D, Billing, and SWAG teams for seamless customer experience.

You Will:

  • Manage support inquiries and host live sessions for platform walkthroughs.
  • Guide clients through dashboard navigation and facilitate account updates.
  • Support campaign execution and partner cross-functionally to resolve issues.

You Have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support or technical support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
