Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer sessions to identify and prioritize outcome-driven use cases.
- Drive consultative conversations translating business issues into technical solutions.
- Implement and configure Nexthink products, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of consulting experience in a customer-facing technology role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
