- Refine, maintain, and drive the master Project Work Plan for TJC Behavioral Health and Telehealth accreditation readiness.
- Establish clear workstream milestones across clinical and operational teams.
- Ensure alignment and accountability through regular updates and adjustments.
Gap Analysis & Risk Mitigation:
- Continuously identify gaps, compliance risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Proactively update the roadmap and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Partner with workstream leads to deep-dive into specific TJC standards.
Governance & Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Establish clear communication cadences across stakeholders including live working groups and project dashboards.
- Develop concise, data-driven written updates for senior leadership.
- Drive cross-functional accountability and highlight progress and critical risks.
