- Own end-to-end onboarding for new customers from kickoff through go-live.
- Lead catalog onboarding and design live training sessions to drive adoption.
- Translate customer goals into tailored plans with clear milestones.
Lifecycle Management, Retention & Growth:
- Manage portfolio of customers across full lifecycle, owning health and growth.
- Use platform data to spot at-risk accounts and build data-backed upsell cases.
- Prepare recurring business reviews linking usage to customer outcomes.
Ad Operations & Campaign Execution:
- Manage live advertising campaigns, monitoring pacing, CPC, and ROAS.
- Make optimizations to maximize performance against customer goals.
- Tie campaign results to broader brand objectives on the platform.
Technical Troubleshooting & Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Serve as first-line support for customer issues, diagnosing and resolving or escalating.
- Interface with Product and Engineering to troubleshoot and advocate for customers.
- Become go-to expert on new products and operationalize them for teams.
