About the Role:

  • You will own a portfolio of restaurant partners and be accountable for their ongoing performance on the platform.
  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships while driving reliability, consistency, and long-term success.
  • Balance the realities of restaurant operations with Sharebite’s standards and proactively address issues.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the go-to owner for your restaurant portfolio, identifying risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for growth.
  • Drive operational improvement with restaurant partners, owning outcomes related to reliability and responsiveness.
  • Monitor portfolio KPIs, identify trends, and measure the impact of operational initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1–3+ years in an operations-heavy account management, client services, or restaurant operations role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing live issues, prioritizing under pressure, and driving problems to resolution.
  • Comfortable working directly with restaurant owners and operators, with an understanding of day-to-day operations.
