HVAC Service Coordinator (Data Centers)

Position Summary:

• The Service Dispatch Coordinator coordinates field service operations from work order creation through billing readiness.
• This position dispatches technicians, manages work orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, and supports scheduling across multiple jobsites.
• Captures billable out-of-scope work and verifies technician documentation to ensure accurate and timely billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, dispatch, and close work orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
• Dispatch technicians to warranty, startup, construction, emergency, and customer-requested work.
• Maintain accurate scheduling, customer, asset, and work order records.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of dispatching, service coordination, scheduling, or field service administration experience.
• Experience with field service platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, ServiceTitan, or similar.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in construction, mechanical, HVAC, industrial service, or data center environments.
• Understanding of technician scheduling and resource planning.
