Sr. Support Engineer, SAP

Role Focus:

• This role centers on mission-critical enterprise application support for complex SAP IS-U Billing environments.
• You will work remotely with global clients to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve high-impact issues.

Accountabilities:

• Provide advanced functional and technical support for complex SAP IS-U Billing environments.
• Perform deep troubleshooting across SAP landscapes, including root cause analysis and performance tuning.
• Support client-specific customizations while maintaining system stability and business continuity.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on IS-U and Billing modules.
• Deep expertise in SAP environments such as ECC and R/3.
• Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting complex SAP issues across multiple modules.
