About the Role:
- Serve as strategic People partner to CEO and executive team, driving talent strategy and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management to build leadership bench.
- Coach leaders through change and implement scalable people programs using data and analytics.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including partnering with executives.
- Deep expertise in organizational design, succession planning, and executive coaching.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and experience scaling organizations through growth.
