Strategy & Leadership:
- Lead and develop People Team managers, set clear service standards, and build a cohesive, employee-centered People Operations model.
- Serve as a senior People advisor to the Chief People Officer and executive leaders, translating workforce insights into practical people strategy.
Talent & Operations:
- Own enterprise talent, performance, succession planning, and leadership development practices to grow talent and drive business outcomes.
- Oversee employee relations, HRIS, benefits, leaves, compliance, and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range is $175,000-$225,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, parental leave, and more.
