About the Role:

  • Own GMV outcomes for a portfolio of Archive's largest brand partners.
  • Build and manage VP+ relationships and serve as the single point of accountability.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive relationship ownership including QBRs, executive dinners, and navigating difficult conversations.
  • Commercial strategy: own renewals, expansion conversations, and build growth theses for each brand.
  • Strategic prioritization: identify 2-3 big bets per account per quarter and pattern-match to surface what matters.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years owning revenue outcomes in enterprise account management or customer success.
  • Proven track record landing and expanding VP+ relationships at enterprise or mid-market brands.
  • Experience owning commercial negotiations and building team methodology.
