Role Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a large portfolio of existing customers, with accountability for retaining and growing recurring revenue.
- Build trusted relationships and develop deep understanding of each customer’s business objectives and success criteria.
- Drive account planning and execution strategies that align solutions to customer goals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales or account management with ownership of renewals and expansion.
- Proven success in complex enterprise sales and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable owning commercial paperwork and operating in high-growth, dynamic environments.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SaaS, APIs, or developer-focused products.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based business models.
- Background working with eCommerce or digital experience platforms.
