About the Role:
- Develop three-dimensional relationships with customers and key stakeholders to retain and grow the client base.
- Serve as the main point of contact for inbound queries, outbound engagement, and renewal discussions.
- Collaborate with account executives to identify new business opportunities and expand footprint.

- Subject matter expert with strong business acumen and commitment to effective processes.

What You’ll Do:
- Maximize retention rate and drive adoption of AlphaSense solutions across business units.
- Forecast retention rates and identify revenue at risk to prevent churn.
- Serve as advocate for both AlphaSense to clients and client advocate within AlphaSense.
