Accountabilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts by building trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Drive customer retention by identifying risks and proactively engaging clients throughout their journey.
- Increase product adoption across existing accounts by uncovering new use cases and expansion opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS Account Management experience with ownership of renewal and expansion targets.
- Proven experience managing enterprise or Fortune 1000-level clients.
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative skills with a data-driven approach.
