About the Role:
- This is a remote-first, high-impact position managing global enterprise accounts within the food, beverage, and regulated product ecosystem.
- You will drive long-term customer value through renewals, expansions, cross-sell, and whitespace identification.
- Act as primary commercial owner, building trusted relationships with senior executives and procurement teams.
Key Accountabilities:
- Own revenue growth for assigned accounts, ensuring achievement of bookings, renewal, and expansion targets.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans with stakeholder mapping and risk mitigation.
- Generate referral pipeline and convert opportunities across SaaS, regulatory, certification, and technical service offerings.
