Senior MSP Technical Support Specialist

Role Overview:

• Senior technical support role focused on independent ticket resolution across a broad modern IT stack.
• Position sits above L1/L2 support, acting as the escalation point for complex issues.
• Requires prior MSP experience and hands-on administration with Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint security, and networking.

Key Technologies:

• Microsoft 365/Azure administration including Conditional Access, Intune, MFA, SSO, and multi-tenant management via CIPP.
• Endpoint security tools: SentinelOne, Huntress, Windows Defender.
• Email security: Avanan/Harmony and Kaseya Inky.
• Backup and disaster recovery: Datto BCDR, Datto Endpoint Backup, DropSuite.
• Networking: Cisco Meraki, Unifi, Aruba, CheckPoint; network monitoring via Auvik.
