Dental Plan Sales Manager

Practice Engagement & Sales Planning:

• Build and agree practical, site-level sales plans for dental plans with practice teams.
• Coach and motivate teams on how to introduce, explain, and sell plans confidently.
• Set clear sign-up targets and follow up regularly to track delivery.

Activating Non-Selling Practices:

• Identify practices with no active plan offer and understand the reasons.
• Develop tailored sales strategies for these practices based on opportunity and readiness.
• Support launch on the ground and build a prioritized rollout plan.

Marketing & Performance:

• Work alongside Marketing to raise visibility and promotion of plans within practices.
• Track plan sales performance by practice and region, reporting progress to leadership.
• Use data to prioritize efforts and identify blockers to conversion.
