Responsibilities:
- Maintain a People Team process inventory and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead workflow mapping, root-cause analysis, and future-state process design.
- Prioritize changes based on impact, risk, team experience, and readiness.
Program Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional operational programs from discovery to adoption.
- Establish a PMO rhythm with roadmaps, status reporting, and escalation paths.
- Coordinate with People Ops, HR Tech, Analytics, Finance, and other partners.
Documentation & Improvement:
- Create process documentation, SOPs, playbooks, and governance materials.
- Define baselines and measure friction, cycle time, quality, and adoption.
- Track outcomes and recommend refinements, scaling, automation, or retirement.
