Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound calls, emails, and other communications to check on customer satisfaction and address concerns.

  • Address issues promptly, collaborate with teams, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Associate degree or 4+ years in customer service, healthcare, pharmacy, or relevant field.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with empathy and active listening.
  • Knowledge of diabetes management is a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay range: $26.33 - $39.49 for U.S.-based positions.
  • Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
  • May also be eligible for incentive compensation.
