Responsibilities:
- Represent Noctrix in direct virtual patient interactions, including application training and product demonstrations.
- Serve as a consultant to clinicians during implementation and calibration sessions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in biology or health-related field preferred.
- Proven customer service excellence and ability to empathize with patients.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $55,000 to $75,000 per year.
- Eligible for bonus.
- Remote work flexibility.
