Immediate Impact:

  • Take full ownership of IT support tickets and establish a reliable, fast resolution rhythm across the organisation.
  • Identify the highest-volume repetitive requests and automate at least 3 of them using AI or scripting.
  • Build or improve onboarding and offboarding workflows so new hires are set up smoothly without manual back-and-forth.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer core tools at an admin level: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Asana, Trelica, and others.
  • Manage vendor relationships and software renewals as you get settled in.
  • Document what you build so the organisation isn't dependent on tribal knowledge.

What You Bring:

  • 4+ years of hands-on IT support or IT operations experience, ideally in a startup, scale-up, or remote-first environment.
  • Real admin-level experience with SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, or similar.
  • Basic scripting ability in any language, and enough familiarity with APIs and webhooks to connect tools together.
