Chief of Staff, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities:

• Translate ambiguous, high-level priorities into a clear plan with owners, dates, and trade-offs made explicit.
• Build and continuously refine capacity planning models to forecast hiring capacity and staffing needs.
• Dive into data to identify opportunities for improvement, build business cases, and drive change via large cross-functional projects.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, finance, or strategy.
• Demonstrated experience gathering data from various sources and driving strategic insight.
• Strong interest in Angi, home services, marketplaces, and product-driven organizations.
• AI enthusiast: early adopter and high volume user of Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary band ranges from $110,000 - $160,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
