About the Role:
- Partner with senior executives to turn business goals into people strategies.
- Collaborate with flexible hours, weekly syncs, and inclusive meetings.
What You'll Do:
- Co-lead workforce planning and talent development for global, hybrid teams.
- Advise on change management and leadership effectiveness using people data.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $136,000 - $200,000 base salary plus equity.
