About the Role:
- You will serve as the primary trusted advisor for a portfolio of regional fleet customers.
- You will help them maximize the value of the Platform Science ecosystem.
- You will drive long-term customer success and shape the future of the platform.
What You'll Do:
- You will manage strategic customer relationships with executive stakeholders.
- You will drive customer success through platform adoption and regular business reviews.
- You will grow existing accounts by identifying expansion opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- You have 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success in SaaS.
- You have experience managing mid-market or enterprise customer relationships.
- You have proven success in driving customer retention and account growth.
