Role Overview:
- Own end-to-end hiring for 5-8+ concurrent roles across the business.
- Work autonomously while building strong hiring manager relationships.
What You'll Do:
- Source proactively and run structured, high-quality interviews.
- Manage candidate experience and keep ATS (Lever) clean.
- Support employer branding to strengthen Soum's regional presence.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a startup.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience hiring across multiple functions.
- Fluent English and Arabic, comfortable working remotely.
