Senior Recruiter

What You'll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of technical and business roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, offer development, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, craft job descriptions, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines tailored to the needs of individual roles and teams.

You May Be a Great Fit If:

• Have 6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience and can quickly learn new roles, teams, and business problems.
• Know how to evaluate candidates beyond skills and experience, identifying strong judgment, communication, and teammate potential.
• Have a track record of improving recruiting processes, workflows, or sourcing practices that increase efficiency.
