Role Overview:
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Head of PP&B Alignment.
- Manage the management system to translate strategy into execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and improve PP&B operating rhythms and scorecards.
- Lead annual planning and portfolio management.
- Support executive leadership with clear materials and decision support.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in strategy, business operations, or consulting.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to manage complex work.
- Excellent communication and quantitative skills.
