Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation and application of People strategies.
- Oversee the rollout and support of retention strategies.
- Provide consultation and execution support to the Sr. Director of People & Culture.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and expertly partner with employees and managers at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and approach complex problems with a solutions-oriented mindset.
