Instructional Design and Content Development:
- Design and maintain training programs for Homeowners, Liability, and Auto claims.
- Utilize instructional design to create learning solutions, including VILT and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content is accurate and compliant.
Training Delivery and Facilitation:
- Deliver engaging training sessions to claims adjusters at all experience levels.
- Facilitate role-playing exercises and case studies to reinforce learning.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to new hires during onboarding.
Needs Assessment and Evaluation:
- Conduct training needs assessments using performance data analysis.
- Analyze claims audit results and KPIs to identify training needs.
- Provide regular reporting on training outcomes and program effectiveness.
