Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in retail, supply chain, operations, or data-driven project management.
- Leadership and management experience with multi-location teams.
- Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Support and coach your team of General Managers to drive daily operations.
- Track metrics and develop strategies to improve customer experience.
- Acquire top talent and ensure sites are staffed appropriately; travel up to 90%.
